I bought a 2 bowl hammered copper sink when I did my kitchen upgrade. The recommended sink strainers that we bought turned out to be copper plated and the finish wore off and it looked awful. The wife wanted ilthe eyesore to be replaced, so I went another cheap way and bought 2 black sink strainer baskets. These also started to peel the finish off after an even shorter period of time. These baskets were the perfect fix. They even look more... robust?! Elegant?! Not sure what the word is here, but I am glad I bought them. Install took about 5 minutesEdit... Increase from 1 to 4 star. The "missing" gasket is actually where you're supposed to use plumber's putty to seal the top side to the sink. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is the lack of instructions. Most buyers on Amazon are DIY people and need some instructions vs professionals. To take it even further, it would be amazing if they included a small amount of putty to get it installed upon receipt ;-)The drains themselves are really nice and have an excellent color!I initially loved the look of the copper baskets I purchased. Almost got talked out of keeping them by installer. Then did have to reinstall each basket b/c the gaskets were not water tight and no instructions came with baskets to imply adding caulking/sealer around basket to sink interface when installing. After reinstall my wife loved what she got and that I orderedWorks fine. Obviously this is nothing fancy but it does it’s job and isn’t overly cheap feeling for the price.To find this brushed nickel finish at this reasonable price is quite nice. Most of the time you pay 3 times that amount for the same quality.This is a very inexpensive product but just what we needed. Although less in cost than others, it is certainly not cheaply made.Stained easilyBeautiful piece but, sadly, I had to return it as it is not meant for a drain with a garbage disposal attached beneath it.Lo regresé porque no me sirvió y no me han hecho mi devolución de dinero. ¡¡No le compren a ese vendedor!!
