It's ok. You have to learn to work with it. Shake it while it blends. If it gets stuck it stops and at times will just die so the only way to get it to light up again and work is to plug it in to sort of reset I guess and get the light to come back on for the button to work and blend. So you need to have the charger and an outlet near at all times. Seems it is good for one smoothie then recharge for the next. I like it, but I wanted to love it.I have had this blender for over a week and it blends 2-3 times, just fruit and milk, no ice, and I have to charge it again. The description says 20, I'm getting 2. So I'm getting 10% battery from a new product.I got this just to try out and have at work. Unfortunately it just leaves me with a freaking blender full of unblended fruit. It will just die even though I charged it all night. I’m guessing the motor is not as strong as it supposed to be but to be honest it’s not well-made.I like the package it came with to carry travel with its attractive and easy to useOnly lil dislike it’s not as powerful as I had hopedI wish you will have 22 oz too.I charge this of over 1 day never workIt gets stuck alot when you try to blend berries ! Terrible product ! Never buy this !!The quality is good and convenient to use, I can prepare a smoothie or energy drink very easily and take it to the office. What surprises me is that it also come with the straw cleaning tool, you usually would need to pay extra for it but the cleaning tool is included with this blender.
