Prongs on whisk are flimsy and 2 came out on 1use for whipping my cream.I have used this mixer twice. Once to make applesauce and once to whip some coffee creamer. It died in the middle of whipping. We are talking less than five TOTAL minutes of mixing for BOTH. So disappointed!It is not acceptable that a food blender breaks down in 5 weeks which happens to be after the deadline for returning items. Never having used one, I was a little intimidated, but it was pretty straight forward and worked as anticipated. It seemed powerful enough and was able to go directly into the hot crockpot of soup. I don't think I would try blending anything that would create significant resistance - like for example meat, or something really thick, heavy and dense - but for your basic soups and sauces it seems to be sufficient.I also tried my hand with a vodka pink sauce that I wanted to smooth out and the blender did a great job. It cleans up easily if you rinse and clean right after use. For my limited needs it is perfect.I mainly for this blender to mix my green juice or protein shakes. I was surprised at just how powerful it is. I like that it has all these different attachments to use for different things. It is very easy to clean and is dishwasher safe except for the motor part.Love that this is an all-in-one type of product. There are pieces to deal with that I wish could all be stored inside each other somehow, but other than that, I love that I don't have a ton of different products to take up precious counter space. It blends, mixes, chops, emulsifies, and more. It's great and so easy to use. Skinny enough to squeeze into tight places. Nice fat handle to get a good, safe, comfortable & firm grip. Cup is big enough to chop of few cut up tomatoes at once. Me likey. It's salsa time!The ANCOSE 1100W, 12 Speed Immersion Blender arrived with everything advertised.I use the blender for paper making, not for food. The blender works excellently for grinding the paper into a soupy base.My husband uses the wisk attachment for protein shakes. We don’t drink anything containing frothy milk so haven’t tried that attachment yet. I’m planning to research what other things a milk frother can be used for and give that a try too.My only wish is that it came with some form of case or bag to keep everything together. I found a tote that will work but a container actually designed for containing the ‘kit’ would definitely have been appreciated. As for the blender’s power and performance, this is a 5-star product.I haven’t fully tried this out but I ran it quickly to check. It wasn’t too loud, and the motor sounded smooth. Excited that this has so many options in one set.
